Playing with neighbors??!!

So, as you all know we have moved to a better area and are not in ghetto West Valley anymore. But I'm still a little weary of who lives around me. I took Taggart out to the playground area one night while Billy was gone, and there were lots of neighbor kids out there. Taggart was in heaven, because he loves kids and he loves attention. They were going a little overboard though when they started messing with his hat and squeezing his cheeks. Wow, now I know why people don't let even their some what older kids play alone.
