Our One Year Anniversary

So we didn't think we would have enough money to do much fun stuff for our anniversary. But I decided to surprise Billy. I called the Anniversary Inn to see if they had a good room open. They did it was the Jackson Hole Suite. I was excited since that was where we went on our honeymoon. So we went shopping a little at the gateway and then to the Princess and the Frog, and ate at Happy Sumo. It was lots of fun, then we got back to our car and I told Billy I was driving from there. I had told him to pack a bag, but wouldn't tell him where we were going. So then we got to the place and I went in and got our key and stuff. So we walk in and Billy didn't even know what the Anniversary Inn was, so he was completely excited. Especially when he saw which one ours was. It was really cool. We got cheesecake for me, since billy can't have it and apple cider and they brought us a huge thing of chips and salsa with lots of dip. We had a huge t.v. and watched Lord of the Rings together.

I'm not going to post the pictures from at the hotel, cuz I don't want anyone mad at me. LOL So I got off work at 7:00, and headed to Macammon to meet Grandma Mac, my mom, Peanut, and Sis. I squeezed in the back seat in between sis and pnut. We drove to poky and stopped and ate at Sizzler, we got a refund on peanuts food since she couldn't eat more than a cup of soup. Then off to the hotel, we all had our laptops, well except for grandma and sis. But I was way nice and let grandma play a little farkle on mine. Then we had to get up and drive to Rexburg and we got to see all the cute stuff Amber got for Mylie from everyone, it was fun. But squished on the way home, I accidentally spilled my frosty on peanut and we had a good laugh, and got to watch Ashlynn play a little basketball when we got home. We went to church and then I headed back home.

So here we are sitting at the table eating dinner and talking. I all of a sudden see a flash of brown, and I thought it was a huge moth. I was wrong, but Billy looked around and was trying to figure it out. Finally we decided just to buy some traps, and I waited for it and was scared. Cuz at the time we were sleeping on the floor on foutons, I was scared to death. So a few days later we're laying on our bed playing cribbage, and all of a sudden we heard something and we saw the mouse, so I was out of the room in a flash, and Billy was on the search for it. He finally cornered it in his bowling bag in our closet and had to make it get on the trap, I heard a whimper, and felt bad, but Billy took care of it and now it's gone. Thank heavens, and when we moved out we found that we had caught one more. I hate mice!!

A weekend at the Snake House

So Billy has to work a lot when I don't, so that makes me not able to see my family much. So I decided that I would take a little trip to Rexburg to visit my sister and her family, in their new house. I got there late Friday night and just talked with Ben and Andrew, Nic was asleep and Amber was at a relief society thing. Then once Amber got there me and her talked for awhile and played cards. The next day we decided to go get our eyebrows waxed at the beauty college, it was an okay experience. Ben had told me they'd found some snakes and i couldn't believe it and wanted to see some of them. So Andrew, Ben, and Nic were heading around the house looking for snakes and could always find some. It was crazy, and then I saw some of them. it was insane, and I was glad that I didn't live there. Sunday was Andrews primary program so we were excited to hear him sing and say his part, it was cute. I ended up not feeling so well so I headed out earlier than I had planned and was excited to get back and see Billy:)

Billy and Lilly's Birthday

I know that is has been forever since their birthdays, but I haven't gotten around to posting about it. I kept telling Billy it wasn't fair, that we didn't have as much money to spend for his birthday as he did for mine, but I made it work. Billy and Lilly were born on the same day, October second. Billy turned 28 and Lil turned 11. Billy and I opened his presents from me at our house before we left to hang out with the rest of the family. I got him some much needed levis, and a couple of shirts, a couple of movies, and some of the shampoo/conditioner he likes. He was excited and immediately put on a new outfit. Then we had to go and pick up their cakes, his mom told me she'd buy the cakes if I picked them up. So we got Billy his favorite, marzi pan and lilly just a normal chocolate one. then we had to wait for his mom to get home from work, then they opened their gifts from the rest of the family, and we headed out to Lagoon. I had never been to lagoon during frightmares, but we had a blast. We went on Wicked, Billy hadn't been on it yet. I swear we went on so many rides, and I kept feeling so sick and getting a nasty headache. Come to find out a few weeks later, I was pregnant and didn't know it. That would explain why I was sick, rides never make me sick. We went through the supposedly scariest haunted houses but they weren't bad. All in all we had a blast. Then when we got back since I wasn't feeling well we just went home to bed, instead of watching a movie with everyone. But overall I think they both had a great day.
