Taggart Camping Reunion

 Any of you who know me, know that I get stressed over what some may say little things. I am always worried that all of our stuff won't fit in our car, but Billy always comes through. He is an AMAZING packer :) We headed out camping on Friday morning, packed in tighter than sardines! Taking kids is hard because they need so much stuff, and this year we had an extra babe and car seat! 

Billy had to drop off the van at work, so we picked him up.

This year we went to Emigration Campground. It is a nice one. There was a creek that ran right through it and you had to cross it to our tent. Lots of trees, too bad it rained so much :(

Taggart insisted on his pillow on the gravel. He must have been tired!

We had to change him into swim shoes pretty quick because he wanted in the water. He loved scooter rides!

 That night it rained alot! We were lucky not to get wet in our tent. Taggart had a blow up bed. It was like a sleeping bag and air mattress hooked together. He couldn't get comfy, so he ended up sleeping in between us. He's a wild sleeper. Owen slept really well. That night everyone but Jeremy had arrived to the camp trip.

Day 2

Of course our boys woke up early, and everyone else was sleeping, except Andrew. So we went on a walk. I couldn't go too far carrying Owen, we should have put him in his pack like Taggart.

It rained again on Saturday, Taggart wanted to be in it sooo bad, he got wet. Tim helped him get in his dry clothes.

I think Nic and Andrew got the most wet,, Mylie even enjoyed playing in the mud :)

We celebrated Grandpa Lonnie's 65th Birthday! He opened presents and we had strawberry shortcake.

Team relay we did, you take the ladle with water and whoever made their bottle spill over first won. My team won, we got peanut butter m&ms.

Bed time again! Billy offered to stay in the tent to get the kids to sleep and I could go play games. We played greed.

Day 3

I said that Taggart looked like one of the Kratt's Creatures guys, Andrew said he only needed a hat and gloves :)

Dinner was Dutch oven Chicken and Potatoes, it was so good! Nic eats his chicken literally down to the bone. He scarfed it so fast!

Uncle Jayden was counting everyone and saying group hug everybody!! So we got him hugging Andrea and Tagg :)

This picture is blurry but Taggart loved Andrew, he would follow him everywhere!

That night we played pinochle and a little greed. It seemed like we didn't play as many games this year, maybe it's that way when you have two young ens:)

Monday, we were going to go to Bear lake but it looked like rain, so we stayed and had a pinochle and greed tournament. We stayed til dinner then headed out. Taggart fell asleep pretty much as we left the parking lot of the campground. We had lots of fun seeing everyone, and Grandpa Lonnie said next year people are only allowed to bring healthy snacks no candy!! LOL
